O Levels / ITE or relevant experience in recruitment
Good knowledge of labour laws and legislations
Good interpersonal and communication skills

Requirements
Develop and implement sourcing strategies and hiring plans
Source candidates proactively, screen relevant candidates, present candidates to hiring managers and provide coaching on talent assessment, make hiring recommendations
Manages any budget allocation for job board posting
Interview candidates and apply selection criteria
Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring all logistical aspects are managed
Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation and compliance requirements are met
