Contract Logistics Business Process Excellence Head APAC

YOUR ROLE

Responsible in leading the LEAN program for the APAC region to bring about higher quality and efficiencies to our operations and meet company's targets. The role is to build LEAN & business process improvement capability and embedding LEAN methodology across the operations. This includes planning, agreeing, prioritizing and monitoring improvement initiatives / LEAN programs with the Region Management Team and with the respective CL Area Owners.

This role requires overseeing a cross-country LEAN Expert / Business Improvement Engineering Team across the APAC, develops team's capabilities and ensuring an effective & standardize LEAN deployment.

As an ambassador of operations excellence, he / she is to represent CEVA (APAC Region) as a subject matter expert on LEAN to both internal and external events (e.g. LEAN waves, customer LEAN meetings, conferences, etc.).

This person is a point of contact for the Global / Asia region LEAN Leader.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO

• Plan, prepare and manage LEAN programs deployment
• Monitor and report progress and sustainability of LEAN at sites
• Create a more embedded LEAN culture and awareness with an effective LEAN training program
• Train, develop and supervise LEAN Experts / Business Improvement Engineers
• Contribute to further developments of LEAN
• Manage CL Business Performance Management
• Drive and supporting countries in our SCA program

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

Education & Qualifications

• University Degree or equivalent qualification

Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant working experience in the area of LEAN / LEAN Six Sigma

Specialist Knowledge & Skills

• LEAN methodologies and tools
• Supply Chain Management
• Contract Logistics
