Job Description
- Manage tender documents from preparation to submission.
- Establish bidding schedules and allocate tasks with Account owners.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects (SA) to structure proposals and create task sheets.
- Coordinate with solution, product, delivery, commercial, and legal teams on task allocation.
- Ensure tender documentation is complete, compliant, and of high quality.
The Successful Applicant
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Trade Law, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in bidding, contract management, and operations.
- Background in the tech or software industry.
- Strong skills in coordination, teamwork, and communication.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and within tight deadlines.
