Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Responsible to review T&C in all contracts and risk assessment and advise solutions accordingly.
- Resolve all contract issues and ensure all lega implications are reviewed and managed.
- Liaise with maincon on contractual matters including payment claims, change orders, variation orders, extension of time, etc.
- Lead and monitor the QS team for progress claims, variation works, bills of quantities and other tender requirements.
- Provide supervision to all contractual matter, tendering and procurement procedures (i.e. cost control, project budgeting, etc.)
- Work closely with the project team to ensure timely payments from maincon.
- Ensure timely finalization by maincon.
Requirements:-
- Degree or Diploma in Construction Management / ERSS / Quantity Surveying.
- Minimum 5-years of relevant working experience in contract administration, preferably have experience in SOP.
- Meticulous and systematic individual with positive working attitude.
- Possess good analytical skills and able to work in a dynamic & fast pace environment to meet critical deadline.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Multi-tasking and able to handle stress.
- 5 days week.
- Possess valid Class 3 driving license and own transport is preferred.
