What will you do
- Negotiation of contracts (including terms and conditions) with customers or subcontractors along with opportunity leaders, and procurement team
- Reduction of exposure to risk under contract through provision of sound and consistent contractual review
- Working with the project management team to identify and implement a claim and variation management strategy driving profitability for the business
- Monitoring and supporting project execution and actively participating in project reviews
- Develop a culture of best practices
What qualifications will make you successful
- At least 8-10 years of experience with a relevant diploma, certification or equivalent in legal or commercial contract management
- Demonstrated experience in contract management in a project environment or project/finance management
- Experience in contract negotiation, commercial law, and tender evaluation
- Experience in variation and change management aspects which arise throughout project execution
- Demonstrable communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- You must be agile and adaptable whilst remaining focused
