Responsibilities:
- Respond to production issues and emergencies, such as process outages, alarms, or equipment failures.
- Diagnose and take corrective actions, or work alongside the Manufacturing supervisor to restore operations and prevent safety or quality incidents.
- Collaborate with the production team to maintain process stability and operational efficiency.
- Identify and implement opportunities for operational improvements.
- Assist and guide Standard Users with system-related questions and issues.
- Support manufacturing operations outside regular hours, including attending to urgent requests to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Work on holidays and overtime as needed, with flexibility to adjust work schedule to meet production demands.
- Participate in projects involving manual intervention. Identify, implement, and test system changes.
- Follow all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) requirements.
- Maintain fair and respectful relationships and adhere to company's Code of Conduct.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Degree in Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering, Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering, Pharmaceutical Engineering, or related field,
- Min 2-4 years of experience in biotechnology or pharmaceuticals industries
- Self-motivated team player with a hands-on attitude and strong communication skills.
