Roles and Responsibilities
. Assess and analyze RFP documents to provide Directors a clear indication of project requirements
. Assists Project Directors in project resource planning and project data entry in the centralized system
. Assist the Directors in Business Development work
. Formulation of fee proposals and any other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
Requirements
. At least a recognized Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Business Administration or equivalent
. 1 to 3 years of relevant of working experience in Quantity Surveying or Contracts
. MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
. Knowledge in contracts review and contract related risk management
. Strong in verbal and written communication skills
. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
