Job Opening: Contract Process Engineer
Location: Kranji (Near MRT, 5-min shuttle bus available)
Duration: 6-month contract
Working Hours: 5-day office hours, with possible weekend work (OT payable or off-in-lieu)
Salary: $5,000 - $8,000/month
Key Responsibilities
Site Manufacturing Support:
- Plan and execute activities for process investigations, including root cause analysis and process impact assessments.
- Monitor process performance under the CPV program, addressing out-of-trend or process issues.
- Lead process investigations to identify root causes and implement corrective/preventive actions.
- Plan and execute process improvements and robustness projects.
- Develop cycles for process parameters and provide process training.
- Raise and perform impact assessments for change controls.
- Provide technical parameters for creating or revising master batch records.
Technology Transfer & Product Introduction:
- Evaluate new manufacturing technologies or equipment for process improvements.
- Plan and execute technical transfer activities and monitor performance trends.
- Perform risk assessments and update lifecycle documents for new products.
- Author study/process validation protocols and reports.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Support audits, regulatory submissions, and responses.
- Participate in global manufacturing sciences initiatives.
- Adhere to EHS requirements and the company's Code of Conduct.
