Job Description
- Sorting and facilitating the scanning of survey forms, ensuring timely scanning, and entering data from Patient Experience Forms within set deadlines.
- Monitor digital survey form submissions and capture compliments for staff.
- Process and administer full spectrum of training activities for deployment of conferences, courses and programmes for staff.
- Seeking approval, liaising with department coordinators and staff on their training requests, monitoring of training budget, processing and monitoring payment and capturing of training records.
- Provide coordination, logistics and administrative support of training administrative activities including learning and development initiatives and programmes, update of training databases and records, compilation and presentation of learning statistics and evaluation results, application and recovery of training grants.
Job Requirements
- Minimally Higher Nitec/Nitec/Diploma from a recognized institution
- Able to commit for a minimum of 5 months
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
