Job Scope

Inventory Management:

. Receive and verify materials, ensure proper storage, and route documents to relevant departments.

. Stage and issue materials, input transaction data into SAP, and maintain accurate records.

. Perform pack-out, cleaning, and temperature/humidity checks as required.

. Handle materials safely, conduct inventory counts, and adjust stock areas as needed.

. Perform quarterly stock counts and address discrepancies.

Loaner Management:

. Inspect and track returned loaner items, ensure timely returns, and replace expired products.

. Coordinate with Customer Service on used items and process replenishments in the system.

Job Requirements

• Minimum O/N level
• Proficient PC skills (Excel and SAP)
• Knowledge of GDPMDS preferred
• Experience of medical device loaner set handling
• Experience in managing 3PL
• Able to commence work immediately / short notice
