This role will be responsible to develop and execute sourcing and procurement strategies, cost optimization, and supplier relationships management.

About the role :
To manage end-to-end supply chain operations including vendor management, strategic sourcing and category management for Singapore Sports Hub (including that of Lifecycle Projects Procurement) and/or other relevant teams as stipulated by the company.
Participate in supply chain operational excellence and business process management.
Collaborate with cross functional teams in projects for new tender bids, process improvement with focus on but not limited to, efficiency and costs and maintaining a long-term commitment.
Analyze current approaches to identifying opportunities to improve speed and effectiveness of project. execution, materials, sourcing, workflows, and costs.
Articulate pros and cons, facts and figures ,and broad business topics to various stakeholders including senior management team.
Support the development of the plan, budget and trends of the supply chain in line with the strategy and controlling of budget on costs as a strategic partner
Generate monthly reports of activity in a timely manner, respecting the deadlines, ensure data quality, and communicate effectively.
About you :
Diploma or Bachelors degree in Procurement, Engineering, Business Process or other related business domains, or certified professional in Supply Chain Management
Minimum 2-5 years (1-3 years for Executive role) of Procurement and Supply Chain experience in similar capacity
Ideally with industry exposure to Real Estate, FM, Engineering, Design or Construction
