Partner respective Business Groups to identify sourcing needs and deliver timely procurement support
Review the deliverables of appointed external consultants (including M&E Engineer and Quantity Surveyors)
Prepare pre-tender, tender, cost and contracts administration for development and procurement works
Identify, evaluate and recommend new Contractors and/or Suppliers that meet the Business Groups requirements based on the selection and qualification process
Analyse and prepare cost estimates for decision making
Monitor market dynamics and identify marketplace trends that impact material/services availability and pricing
Assist in review and negotiation of contract details and maintenance of all contracts
Participate in process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering or Supply Chain Management
At least 10 years of experience in M&E Quantity Surveying and/or building and/or supply chain related procurement
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Good negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills
Resourceful, independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment
