• Position : Conveyancing Lawyer /Legal Associates [Property/Real Estate] - Law Firm
• Location : Cecil Street (Central)
• Working hours : Monday - Friday 9:30am to 6:30pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $9000 + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Law/Legal

Main Responsibilities:

• Meeting clients in appointments and explaining the relevant conveyancing forms to clients and witnessing their signatures.
• Checking and guiding the conveyancing executives in their documentations.
• Advising clients on legality issues.
• To write legal opinions and conduct legal research
• To work on real estate corporate real estate and conveyancing and real estate and conveyancing related matters
• Meticulous and diligent with in handling and completing real estate and conveyancing work
• To establish good rapport with and service to clients and business partners

Requirements:

• At least 2 years relevant Lawyer experience in handling conveyancing cases (Newly admitted Lawyers or those waiting to be called to the Bar will be considered too)
• Education qualification in Law from Singapore institution
