We are looking to fill the above role for one of our clients, a law firm specialising in real estate practice.
Handle full range of conveyancing matters such as purchase & sales, development projects, mortgages, transfers, leases, powers of attorney, stamp duties
- Prepare legal conveyancing documentation and handle e-lodgement/e-stamping etc
Provide administrative support in legal documentation and secretarial work, conducting searches, billing, keeping deadlines- Communicate with clients, banks and related parties relating to the conveyancing process
Ensure smooth completion of conveyancing transactions
- Perform data entry, filing, photocopying, faxing and binding of documents
All other secretarial / administrative duties assigned
Education level: Minimum Olevel- Minimum 1 year experience in similar role. Additional on-the-job training will be provided
* 5 days work week, 9am - 6pm
- Office located in Toa Payoh
