Details:
- Handle Private Resale / BUC & HDB conveyancing matters.
- Liaise with Banks, CPF Board, Solicitors, and Clients on various conveyancing matters with the conveyancing solicitors.
- Manage client appointments and monitor deadlines.
- Maintenance of files and records.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience is required.
- Good communication skills, enthusiasm, and a positive and energetic attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Good Organization skills and the ability to work independently.
