The Senior Cook/ Cook/ Assistant Cook is responsible for daily culinary production in the section assigned. Ensure that the food product are produced in accordance to the food safety standards and maintained at all times. The candidate will be responsible for food safety, food production and ensure that food are prepared in accordance to the recipes and instruction by the Chef.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform daily culinary operations and coordination ensure timely execution of daily meals to customers
- Thoroughly understand customer requirements and attributes to ensure their integrity
- Work closely with his/ her team on day to day operational issues and ensure that product and service standards are maintained at all times
- Execution of food production in accordance to the process flow and procedure
- Ensure that records are fill and ensure of their integrity
- Report any faulty equipment
- Work with the culinary team on cyclical menu execution
- Ensuring all kitchen forms are updated during food production
- Observe work place safety and food safety during food production
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experiences
- Possess Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
- Processes adequate knife skill
- Strong team work
- Good interpersonal skill
- Good communication skill
