Cook and Cleaner (Childcare)

We are looking for a passionate cook for our children and staff. We are a boutique-sized school, hence, we need the cook to help with cleaning.

School is not open on weekends.

Meal preparation

• Breakfast, Lunch and Snacks for children
• Lunch for teachers and staff

Maintaining school and kitchen cleanliness and hygiene at all times up to excellent health and sanitation standards

• Clean and maintain toilet and classroom cleanliness
• Clean and maintain kitchen and kitchen equipment
• Wash children's utensils after breakfast, lunch, and tea break.

Managing ingredients, supporting the chef as required

• Order weekly cooking ingredients, including inspecting and storing upon delivery
• Check purchased groceries for expiry and usefulness to ensure consistent quality food kept to our high standards

Maintain and report marketing budget to centre principal.
