Assist Chefs in daily kitchen preparations.
- Prepare daily mise-en-place.
Following kitchen standard operating procedures and keeping to kitchen's recipes and routines.- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks with passion.
Maintaining efficiency during service periods and be able to multitask.
- Adhere to all standards for food hygiene, presentation, production and portioning.
Upkeep restaurants cleanliness and hygiene policies Practise FIFO
Minimum culinary certificate or equivalent with minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge on different cooking techniques and able to work under pressure.
Be responsible, take ownership, Punctual and respectable to colleagues.- Valid Food Certificate WSQ
