Responsibilities

• Setting up a kitchen workstation with equipment and ingredients
• Handle daily kitchen operations (i.e. Cooking, Frying, Grilling) using various utensils
• Adhere to the operations and procedures and suggest improvements for the betterment
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and adhere to hygiene standards
• Proper storage for food in proper manner or temperature

Qualifications

• Completed the WSQ Basic Food Hygiene Course Food Safety Course Levels 1 and 2
• Relevant work experience as Cook
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent leadership skills
• Good communication skills and Service Oriented
