Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Copier Technician to join our team in Singapore. As a Copier Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining copiers and related equipment.
Install and set up copiers and multifunctional devices at customer locations.- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues with copiers and related equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing of copiers to ensure optimal performance.
- Replace parts, components, and consumables as needed to repair copiers and restore functionality.
Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, or in-person.- Document all service activities, including repairs, replacements, and maintenance tasks.
Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on new copier models, technologies, and industry trends.
Diploma or certification in electrical or electronics engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Copier Technician or similar role.
Strong technical skills and knowledge of copiers, printers, and related equipment.- Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
Must experience with Ricoh, Xerox and etc. .- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings, if required
