Job Title: Corporate Account Manager (IT Sales)
  • Location: Singapore, UBI

  • Role Summary:

As a Corporate Account Manager reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will play a crucial role in our dynamic and growing sales team. Your primary focus will be on selling IT services and solutions to large SMEs and MNC customers. This role offers significant career advancement opportunities, including leadership roles within the department.
  • Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Proactively engage in direct sales activities to acquire new B2B customers, including cold calling and site visits.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new IT projects and business opportunities.
Attend weekly sales meetings to provide updates on sales developments.
  • Manage sales pipelines through our cloud software and achieve set sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Collaborate closely with the internal pre-sales team and key technology partners to capitalize on business leads and opportunities.
  • Identify business opportunities through Gebiz and other related portals, ensuring timely submissions of ITQs.
Understand and target specific vertical sectors, addressing their unique business needs and wants.
  • Qualifications & Experience:
At least 1 year of corporate sales experience in the IT or related industry.
  • Minimum diploma in IT, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Demonstrated track record in enterprise solutions selling, particularly in IT services such as network/system infrastructure, network security, managed services, and maintenance support.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to build relationships at the executive level, reaching decision-makers and influencers.
  • Independent, resourceful, with strong analytical and communication skills.
Highly responsible, hardworking, and capable of performing under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients from China.
