Corporate Actions Senior Associate

Our client, a fast-growing brokerage, is looking to hire a Senior Associate to be part of the Corporate Actions team responsible for full end-to-end processing, of voluntary and mandatory corporate actions across global markets. Responsibilities include verifying event details through Bloomberg, notifying clients, submitting instructions, overseeing posting of payments, and liaising with custodians to resolve event-related issues.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• 2+ years of experience in Asset Servicing or end-to-end Corporate Actions
• Strong knoweldge of Equities
• Fluency Mandarin is required to communicate with internal stakeholders globally.
