The AMEA (Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa) Corporate Affairs team is looking for a passionate and driven Corporate Affairs Executive based in Singapore for a 4-month contract role. The individual will be part of the regional AMEA team, and be primarily responsible for:
Supporting the regional communications strategy for Kellanova AMEA
Supporting CSR and philanthropic activities in Singapore
Coordinating regional planning and reporting
Responsibilities:
- Executing the regional communications strategy:
Develop compelling content for internal and external audiences leveraging on the company narrative and business priorities. Support materials might include emailers, videos, newsletters, intranet articles, presentation decks, posters, and LinkedIn posts, among others.
Organize internal events such as townhalls, leadership summits and activities around milestone days e.g. International Womens Day, World Food Day etc, and amplifying it externally as appropriate.
Partner closely with regional functional teams providing communications support as needed e.g. Global Townhalls; Functional Campaigns etc.
- Supporting CSR and philanthropic activities in Singapore:
Plan and execute CSR / social impact programs in Singapore in line with our Better Days commitments e.g. volunteer activities; feeding programs etc.
- Coordinating regional planning and reporting:
Keep intranet (K Connect) updated by coordinating regular stories from local teams.
Track and consolidate CSR and philanthropic impact e.g. metrics around feeding programs.
Any other ongoing activities that need regional coordination / consistency.
Experience required:
1 2 years of experience in Corporate Communications agency or in-house roles. Fresh graduates as welcome to apply.
A self-starter who approaches everything with drive, urgency, and energy while keeping quality front and center.
Excellence in English writing, content creation and presentation skills across platforms.
Strong follow-up skills and ability to ensure teams deliver on time.
Attention for detail and thoroughness in plans and execution.
A nimble learner who can take and act on constructive feedback professionally.
Creativity in execution and resourcefulness to efficiently leverage budget and work within a lean team.
