Our client is a prominent international bank and they are seeking experienced Assistant Relationship Managers to join their growing team in Singapore. This role involves supporting Relationship Managers in delivering outstanding service to corporate clients and enhancing client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Relationship Managers in overseeing a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring top-tier service and responsiveness.
- Prepare financial analyses, credit proposals, and client meeting presentations with accuracy and professionalism.
- Monitor client account activities and help identify opportunities for business development.
- Conduct research and provide insights to support strategic decisions and client recommendations.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive client information in the CRM system.
- Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams, including credit and compliance, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Contribute to strategies aimed at improving client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of direct experience in corporate banking or a similar sector.
- Strong analytical skills, with credit analysis experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
