Jobscope:
- Originate, structure, and execute loan transactions (bilateral, club, or syndication) for Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan-related entities operating across Asia.
- Offer a comprehensive suite of corporate banking products, including but not limited to bank accounts, trade finance facilities, bilateral RCF/TLF, syndicated loans, and risk participation loans (both funded and unfunded).
- Prepare detailed credit applications in Mandarin, incorporating financial analysis, credit risk assessments, and annual account reviews. Ensure continuous account monitoring to maintain a robust and profitable portfolio.
- Identify and develop holistic banking opportunities aligned with the overall business strategy, focusing on expanding and diversifying the Corporate Banking Department's client base.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as the Risk Management, Legal & Compliance, Operations, and Treasury departments to facilitate swift approvals and seamless transaction execution.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, internal credit policies, and lending guidelines.
