Corporate Banking Relationship Manager

An Asian bank is looking for Corporate Banking Relationship Managers (General Corporates / Manufacturing, Technology, New energy / Healthcare, Medical) to join their Singapore office.
Your new role
Develop, manage and grow a new portfolio from the above-mentioned sectors and building long-term relationships founded on efficient and reliable support for their business.
Work with C-suite executives to form and deepen relationships and proactively anticipate future needs, roadblocks or risks, leveraging internal resources to assist where necessary. Work with product specialists and subject-matter experts to structure innovative and customised solutions that meet clients individual needs. Identify cross-sell opportunities to deepen and increase the share of wallet.
What you'll need to succeed
Work Experience: Overall 5-10 years of experience in corporate banking in the above mentioned industries. Proven track record in corporate banking.
Education: Bachelor's degree and above.
Ability to build contact and establish internal procedures for specific products offering.
Sound credit and financial analysis skills, problem-solving abilities.
Be able to conduct the end-to-end process for relationship management.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills (e.g. negotiation, consultative skills)
