Our client is a reputable Full Bank with strong footprints in Asia Pacific and connectivity to global banking. Their corporate banking divisions serve clients across all industries, this approved headcount will be part of an esteemed team handling global large TMT corporates.

about the job

• Develop corporate and investment banking opportunities in the TMT sectors
• Origination and execute transactions across product products such as Project/ Structured Finance, DCM, ECM M&A, cash management etc
• Preparing credit proposals, financial modelling, cash flow projections and analysing financials

skills and experience required

• Bachelor Degree in Accountancy, Business, Finance, Economics or related discipline
• 4+ years of relevant corporate banking experience, with exposure to bilateral, syndicated loans, trade finance, debt capital markets, financial markets, M&A etc OR
• Credit Analysts with 5 years of experience in corporate banking portfolios with knowledge and keen interest in the TMT sector
• Sound knowledge in credit analysis skills
