The primary role of the Corporate Communications & Resource Officer is to create engaging contents (using language, photos, videos and graphics) to create awareness and share information on Muhammadiyah Association and its institutions activities, programmes and values with our stakeholders in a timely manner.
· Develop communication collaterals according to organisations brand guidelines.
· Photographer/videographer duties for events
· Copywriting, Photo & Video Editing
· Co-create video contents with asatizahs to support Digital Dakwah efforts
· Manage and execute marketing efforts for HQ and Educational institutions: MK, MIC and KABA
· Track and measure effectiveness of content marketing efforts.
· maintenance of production equipments
· Manage contents of physical notice boards
· Logistical support for CCRU inventory
· Developing and executing content marketing plan
· Producer/crew duties (physical and virtual events)
· Media coverage/archiving for MA and its institutions
· Fundraising and outreach events
· Stakeholder Engagements (Newsletters, EDMs using MailChimp)
· Relevant ad-hoc duties, projects and events
· Possess excellent oral, written and visual communication skills
· Good eye for design and attention to details
· Good knowledge and application of photography and videography
· Familiar with Adobe Premiere and Photoshop
· Strong language skills
· Able to multi-task and manage time well
· Preferably with minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience
· Some work over the weekend and after office hours may be required
