Summary
As the Communications Specialists you will support the Communications Department in developing and implementing a 360 communications strategy across the Lidl & Kaufland Asia organization.
What you'll do
Support the development and implementation of innovative and effective internal and external communications strategies and clear narratives that are tailored to internal and external stakeholders.
Support project and events communication to drive organisational objectives.
Develop content required for social media engagement and internal communication.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of internal communication initiatives and activities.
Establish and maintain relationships with external partners, including journalists, vendors and sponsors, for smooth implementation of sponsored events.
Manage collateral related to employer branding to promote Lidl as an employer of choice
What you'll need
General Degree/Diploma preferably in Communications, Graphic Design or Business
3 - 5 years of work experience of which at least 2 years in communications
Organised with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong command of English, both spoken and written. German, Mandarin, Bengali, Vietnamese, to liaise with overseas counterparts is a plus
Excellent knowledge and good hands-on experience of social media platforms and communications related analytical tools.
Highly motivated, able to function effectively in a high-pressure environment and meet deadlines.
