Job Description

  • Assist in preparing investor and management presentations for investor relations purposes
  • Keep abreast of market trends and competitor strategies
  • Update 5-year investor-facing financial model for the Group through interaction with key stakeholders across the business
  • Assist the team in identifying and analyze potential M&A and partnership opportunities
  • Support the implementation and integration of M&A, post-merger integration work, and partnership initiatives as they arise
  • Collaborate on ad-hoc projects and activities relating to corporate development and corporate strategy to support the team and senior management

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or any related field (second- or third-year students preferred.
  • Demonstrable familiarity and/or interest in accounting, corporate finance, and/or startups
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation creation
  • Good financial modeling skills with an understanding of revenue and cost drivers
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality outputs
  • Possesses analytical rigor and a structured thought process that can be clearly articulated
  • Experience in similar positions or previous internships in finance will be a plus
