Corporate Energy Associate

A prominent US firm with a globally recognized Corporate practice is seeking a junior associate to join its team in Singapore. This firm is known for its work in the energy, infrastructure, and major project development sectors and offers a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

The Role:

As a Corporate Energy Associate, you will work on complex transactions within the energy chain, including oil and gas, LNG, and power projects, as well as power purchase agreements. This role offers exposure to high-profile projects and opportunities for career advancement within a leading international firm.

Requirements:

• 3-5 UK or 5+ AU PQE in corporate law, ideally within energy and infrastructure sectors
• Common law qualification
• Strong academic credentials and a proactive, self-starter approach
• Exposure to M&A transactions is advantageous, but not essential
