The Corporate & Events Sales Executive is responsible for generating revenue by identifying and securing new business opportunities within the corporate and events sectors. This role involves building and maintaining client relationships, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Job Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development:Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the corporate and events market.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Understand clients needs and provide customized solutions.
Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through regular communication and follow-ups.
Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Event Coordination:Collaborate with clients to plan and execute events that meet their objectives and budget.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event delivery.
Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audio-visual setup, and other services.
Ensure compliance with all event-related regulations and company policies.
- Reporting and Analysis:Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and event details.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Monitor competitor activities and market conditions.
- Collaboration and Teamwork:Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure client needs are met.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall sales strategy.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the corporate or events sector.
- Strong understanding of event planning and coordination.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required.
Experience:
