Here is an opportunity to be a Corporate Finance & Credit Analyst who will be responsible for supporting the organisation's M & A efforts, building the financial strategy, and implementing strong credit risk management. In this role, you will work to conduct credit risk assessment and FP&A, as well as support M&A activities and debt transactions of the organization. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the structuring, negotiating, and executing of debt transactions, encompassing bonds, loans, etc.
- Conduct detailed debt modelling to give insights into optimal debt issuance strategies
- Formulate and execute financial strategies aligned with organisational business objectives
- Develop complex financial models for capital structure optimisation, budgeting, forecasting, and other strategic initiatives
- Oversee credit risk assessment for corporate clients and construct credit risk models
- Ensure compliance of the organisation's credit portfolio with risk appetite and regulatory requirements
- Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term financial plans for the organisation
- Evaluate investment opportunities for the organisation as well as organisational financial performance, providing recommendations to upper management
- Facilitate M&A transactions by conducting due diligence, assisting in negotiations and deal structuring, and preparing comprehensive reports for upper management and stakeholders
Job Requirements:
- Possess a Bachelor's in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related area. CA or CFA certification would be a plus
- Have experience in corporate finance working in credit risk assessment and financial modelling
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Experience with and/or knowledge of Real Estate industry-specific financial regulations
- Strong communicator who can present detailed financial information to upper management
- Excellent proficiency with banking regulations and credit risk management frameworks, as well as experience handling M&A transactions and due diligence
