Job Description

Baker's Brew is a leading player in the confectionary F&B industry, dedicated to delivering exceptional products and experiences to our customers.

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Corporate Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing corporate accounts, prospecting new business opportunities, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience at every touchpoint. This role is ideal for someone who is skilled in building client relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Account Management: Manage and nurture relationships with existing corporate clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Act as the main point of contact for all client inquiries, orders, and escalations.

- Prospecting & New Sales Development: Identify and engage potential clients through research, networking, and outreach. Develop strategies to introduce our products to new customers and secure sales contracts.

- Customer Excellence: Provide exceptional service by understanding and meeting client needs, resolving issues quickly, and maintaining a high level of responsiveness.

- Sales Strategy Execution: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with company goals. Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform and adapt sales strategies.

- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account details in CRM systems. Prepare regular reports on account performance, sales metrics, and client feedback.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or a related role, preferably in the F&B or retail industry.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
