Corporate Sales Executive

Working timing: Office hour Mon - Fri (8.30am-6pm)

Salary: basic Sgd 2500 - 3500 (+commission if hit for KPI)

Location: Aljunied, East Region

Responsibility:

-Work closely with Assistant Director, Leasing to identify potential sites for opening of new outlet
-Source and secure the best sites at the best tenancy terms and conditions
-To assist in conducting of Retail Trade Zone studies and to identify potential gap and a new avenue for new outlet
-Work closely with other departments (e.g. Projects, Operations, Branding and Marketing, Finance, etc.) to resolve all property-related matters
-Liaise with relevant authorities and Landlord on the contract pertaining to proposed site
-To assist in preparing of tender document
-Preparation of presentation kits and lease documentation
-Maintain the outlet lease profile and monitor latest shopping malls development
-Perform other job duties or projects as given by superior or management

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in food catering such as support for event, buffet, or experience in B2B food catering supplies
• Required computer knowledge & skill (eg. Microsoft Excel for the preparation of financial worksheet, Microsoft Word for report writing and Power Point for presentation)
