Job Purpose
The Corporate Sales Executive will be responsible to support the daily sales operations for our SPRAC. This position will be working closely with the StridesMSvcs/ Operations & Maintenance/ Fleet Management.
Responsibilities
1. Key Performance Indicators
- Secure new corporate & personal accounts for long term leasing, monthly rental, and transient basis.
- Attend to enquiries and follow-up with potential sales leads through cold calling and telemarketing.
- Meet monthly sales target and vehicle hired-out rate to achieve KPI.
- Prepare quotations and arrange for car viewing sessions with prospects.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned.
2. Customer Service
- Ensure service excellence towards customers.
- Continual engagement and networking with customers.
- Handle enquiries and feedback professionally and ensure resolution of these cases.
- Ensure customers are given appropriate response within stipulated time frame.
- Work with inter-departments to ensure customer feedback is resolved.
3. Productivity Movements
- Participate in Kaizen projects to improve work processes and practices.
- Participate in Staff Suggestion Scheme, 5S and other department committees.
4. Others
- Consolidate & Submission of Daily Sales Funnel report.
- Monitor and update market intelligence.
- Administrative work and administering leasing contracts.
Qualifications & Work Experience
. 2 years of sales/ related experience.
. Prior experience in vehicle leasing within the transport industry is a plus.
. Positive mindset with acceptance to constant changes.
. Possess a valid 3/ 3A driving license.
