Job Description & Requirements
- Assisting Corporate Secretary in handling full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties for our client but not limited to company incorporations, striking off of companies, preparation of directors and shareholder resolutions
- Ensuring compliance in accordance to relevant statutory requirements, maintenance of statutory registers of statutory returns
- Other ad-hoc duties as and when required
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration or above
- Prior experience in relevant field will be an advantage
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
- Proficiency working attitude, pro-active, good team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Able to work under pressure & meet deadline
