Job Descriptions
. Provide corporate secretarial support for a diverse portfolio of local & international clients.
. Maintain statutory records, registers, and company documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
. Ensure timely and accurate filing of statutory documents with ACRA.
. Assist in preparing resolutions, minutes, and corporate governance reports.
. Conduct due diligence and ensure compliance with ACRA regulations.
. Liaise with clients and external parties such as auditors, regulators, and stakeholders as needed.
. Support senior management with secretarial and compliance functions.
Requirements
. Minimum polytechnic diploma or equivalent in a relevant field.
. At least 3 years of corporate secretarial experience.
. Strong proficiency in written and spoken English, with excellent communication skills.
. Possess a positive attitude, enjoy working in a team, and exhibit professionalism in all dealings with clients and stakeholders.
. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
. Able to perform well under pressure and manage deadlines effectively.
