Our client is a leading SGX-listed company with strong footprints across the globe. This is a Senior Manager position, to be part of the Corporate Secretarial function for the Group and it's subsidiaries.
About The Job
As a senior member in the corporate secretarial function, you are responsible in advising the Board of Directors and leadership teams on all corporate governance related matters. This including organising and attending board meetings and writing minutes, advising on company law and regulations, preparing corporate governance documents and maintaining statutory filings. You will work closely with global legal teams and instruct external service providers on corporate transactions and more.
Skills And Experience Required
Ideally you are ICSA/ SAICSA/ CGQP qualified with at least 15 years of corporate secretarial experience gained in corporate service providers or in an in-house environment. Prior experience in managing SGX listed companies (Mainboard or Catalist) is a pre-requisite for this role. Equipped with strong communication skills and working knowledge in Company's Act and SGX listing rules, you are confident to interface and advise the board of directors and senior management.
