Job Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative and corporate secretarial duties.
- Prepare board resolutions, minutes of meetings, and other corporate documents using standardized templates.
- Maintain and update share register files and minutes books.
- Submit documents electronically to government agencies such as ACRA, IRAS, and MOM.
- Monitor and track clients deadlines, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by attending to clients queries via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
- Support the corporate secretarial team in managing a diverse portfolio of clients.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
- No prior relevant work experience required fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn, with a positive attitude.
