Corporate Secretary, Investment Management
Our client is a leading Investment Management firm with extensive experience of industry leadership, and a strong global footprint. As a Corporate Secretary, you will join the firm's Legal and Compliance team, and be responsible for all corporate secretarial matters.
Key Roles & Responsibilities of Corporate Secretary, Investment Management
- Coordinate with external service providers on annual filings, returns, and other regulatory submissions
- Manage the creation of new corporate entities including preparation and filing of necessary documents
- Maintain and ensure that the corporate records of entities are up to date
- Prepare and review board resolutions, minutes and other corporate documents when required
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external corporate secretarial service provisors, external legal counsels and regulatory bodies
- Ensure compliance with applicable statutory requirements and internal policies
Qualifications and Requirements of Corporate Secretary, Investment Management
- Relevant corporate secretarial experience at a reputable firm
- Professional qualification in Company Secretarial practice preferred
- Good working knowledge of corporate law and governance practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
