Provide admin support to the Departments of IT, Operations, Governance and Nursing, including but not limited to:
(i) IT:
Administration of IT access grants for all staff
Generation of access rights report for reviews
IT asset management
(ii) Operations:
Collation of residents outpatient appointments and booking of transport service for these appointments
(iii) Governance:
Admin support for SAS membership records as well as Board and Sub-Committee related matters
Assist to draft contracts
Provide admin support to ensure compliance with key rules and regulations e.g. Personal Data Protection Act, Health Information Bill
(iv) Nursing:
Collation of information and reports from all the wards required by Nursing Management
Preparation of information and reports for circulation to all the wards as required by Nursing Management
Obtain and administer consent from next-of-kin or any other matters that require communication with next-of-kin, as assigned by Nursing Management
(v) Maintain office supplies and stationery
(vi) Data entry and maintenance as well as any other admin support for the above departments
Job Requirement:
Diploma in any discipline
Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
