Job Description:
Strategic Planning and Development:
Develop, enhance and execute Next Gen strategies roll-out to key hubs and locations.
Drive the E2E Next Gen strategy implementation, coordinate activities, critical projects / initiatives across markets.
Support broader strategic initiatives of the team as and when needed.
Business Expansion:
Support the implementation of Next Gen rollouts through understanding the competitive landscape, delivering Next Gen investment products, driving the segments communication both internally and externally, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring relevant policies & procedures are in place.
Cross-Functional Stakeholder Engagement:
Be the key resource & trusted partner of internal stakeholders on Next Gen implementation.
Support internal stakeholders to understand clients better through training and networking. Equip them with the latest trends and technology knowledges, design pitchbook with the specific bank offerings and organise regular council meetings.
To collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to identify Next Gen projects aligned with the bank's long-term goals, and to evaluate feasibility, impact, and resources required.
Work closely with various departments to gather requirements, coordinate resources, and ensure seamless execution of projects, and to facilitate communication and alignment among stakeholders.
Market Analysis and Intelligence:
Develop hypotheses and analyze data to identify insights that drive business decisions.
Design and execute primary research projects, including surveys, interviews, focus groups, and other qualitative/quantitative methods.
Understand clients needs, wants, expectations and preferences by capturing clients feedback, engaging through physical events and online platforms.
Project & Performance Management:
Lead project teams to drive implementation and execution of Next Gen initiatives, supporting change initiatives resulting from project implementation, and to communicate effectively to ensure buy-in and successful adoption across the organization.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones in alignment with overall business strategy, establishing metrics and KPIs to measure project success and progress, and to regularly monitor and report on project performance.
Lead in the implementation of tracking and reporting mechanisms to chart progress towards Next Gen strategic goals.
Qualifications
At least 8 years of financial industry experience with exposure to Next Gen strategies.
Proven ability to lead critical strategic initiatives from definition to execution.
Strong analytical and data management capabilities project management experience
Prior experience conducting market research and analysis.
Strong relational skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
Exceptional communications skills in both written and spoken are essential to effectively engage with stakeholders, including senior management.
