Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and providing expert tax advisory services.
Review and offer recommendations on client agreements or documents to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
Identify and assess cross-business opportunities for business development while overseeing tax engagements.
Evaluate clients portfolios, offering recommendations and solutions to align with target revenue goals.
Collaborate with staff, peers, and partners to deliver comprehensive tax advisory services to multinational clients across various industries in Singapore and globally.
Lead and oversee all tax-related engagements and processes.
Mentor, train, and develop junior staff members.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, networks, teams, and other service areas.
Participate in ad hoc projects and tasks as needed by the Partner(s).
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline, preferably with an SCTP-recognized professional qualification.
At least 1-3 years of relevant experience, ideally within a professional services or accounting firm.
Strong knowledge of Singapore Tax guidelines.
Excellent project management, leadership, and analytical abilities.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels.
