We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Corporate Training Manager to lead and develop our company's training programs. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that align with our company's strategic goals and foster a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify training gaps and develop targeted training solutions.
  • Curriculum Development: Design and develop comprehensive training programs, including instructor-led training, e-learning, and blended learning solutions.
  • Training Delivery: Deliver engaging and effective training programs to employees at all levels.
  • Performance Measurement: Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Learning Management System (LMS): Manage the LMS and ensure efficient administration of training programs.
  • Training Calendar: Develop and maintain a comprehensive training calendar to ensure timely delivery of training.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external training providers and vendors.
  • Training Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Culture Integration: Integrate training initiatives with the company's overall culture and values.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Instructional Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems and authoring tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Data analysis skills to measure the effectiveness of training programs.

  • Completion rates of training programs
  • Employee satisfaction with training
  • Improvement in employee skills and knowledge
  • Return on investment of training programs
