Counter Crew

• Job Location: Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal
• Shift: 630AM - 2:30PM (Morning) / 12PM - 8PM (Afternoon Shift)
• Transport Allowance: $300
• Medical: $500

Position Summary:

We are looking for a bilingual Counter Crew member to join our team in Killiney. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a similar role, excellent public relations skills, and the ability to perform various tasks, including operating a toast system, assisting with coffee preparation, dispensing food orders, performing dishwashing duties, and handling cashier responsibilities as needed. Tasks and Responsibilities:

. Provide friendly and efficient service to customers at the counter.

. Operate the toast system and other equipment to prepare and serve food items.

. Assist the coffee maker with coffee preparation and other beverage tasks as needed.

. Dispense all food orders accurately and promptly.

. Perform dishwashing duties to ensure a clean sanitary kitchen environment.

. Handle cashier duties, including processing transactions, issuing receipts, and managing cash and credit card payments.

. Balance cash drawer at the end of shifts and prepare reports as necessary.

. Assist with end-of-day reconciliation, including counting and verifying cash and sales.

. Address and resolve any discrepancies or customer issues in a professional manner.

. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the counter and preparation spaces.

. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.

. Ensure high standards of food safety and hygiene are consistently met.

. Support team members with various tasks as required.

. Be flexible to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, weekdays, weekends, and PH.
