Job Title: Customer Service Assistant, Membership

Number of Headcount: 2 temps

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 8.30AM to 6.00PM

Lunch Break: 1 hour

Start Date and End Date: ASAP to 31 Dec 2024

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the counter and concierge duties
• Extract daily/weekly/monthly CRM Performance Reports.
• Handle all enquiries at counter (Membership enquiries, Gift Claims and Hardship grant applications etc)
• Assist in all frontline customer service transactions including membership sign ups, submission of assistance programmes forms, card replacement etc.
• Other Ad hoc duties as assigned (e.g data entry, mailing of forms, inventory checking and disposal)
