Job Title: Counter Teller (Money Exchange and Money Transfer Services)

Location: Singapore islandwide (18 branches)

Salary: Starting from $2,000 basic salary per month for full-time positions (incentives and allowances not included)

Part timer hourly rate from $11-$14

Responsibilities:

• Provide efficient and accurate money exchange services for customers, including currency conversion and exchange rate information.
• Process money transfer transactions securely and promptly, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to money exchange rates, fees, and transaction statuses.
• Ensure compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and know your customer (KYC) regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

• not experience required training will be provided.
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
