Job Responsibilities:
- Manage international projects to meet profitability goals across the full project lifecycle.
- Organize cross-functional project teams, ensuring completion within time, cost, and technical parameters.
- Identify and analyze project requirements, creating a comprehensive delivery plan with safeguards.
- Develop and implement a risk management strategy to mitigate project risks.
- Maintain strong client relationships, understand their needs, and drive client satisfaction.
- Continuously improve project standards, capturing and sharing best practices.
- Resolve conflicts and support effective communication within the project team.
Job Requirements:
- Strong experience in Project Execution and International Team Management from Construction, Oil&Gas or Renewable Energy industries.
- Experience in international project management for Wind Energy industry is a MUST.
- Strong commercial skills with experience.
- Proven team management and leadership skills.
- Project management certification required; PMP preferred.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
