We are looking for an experienced Country Manager Singapore & Malaysia to join our international B2B brand RateHawk, develop our business and make the travel world better together!
Job Responsibilities:
Daily team management to achieve planned financial results of the division;
Monitoring and analysis of staff KPI results;
Organization of search for and signing up of new business partners, as well as developing current partners and holding negotiations with them;
Helping the team to manage key partners;
Hiring and training staff;
Involvement in designing and implementing the divisions marketing plan;
Market research, analysis and forecasting.
Requirements
Key Qualifications:
Successful experience of managing a team (sales managers or account managers) of at least three years;
Professional experience in the travel industry, networking with the travel industry, i.e. travel agencies, tour operators, OTAs (Online Travel Agencies) is required;
An understanding of tourism and the main online booking systems;
Excellent communication skills;
Strong organizational and management skills;
An ability to quickly grasp the features of new markets;
English and Mandarin/Malay speaker.
